A FRIEND INDEED.

 I sit alone and meditate
As days go by, i check the date
For being so human i need a mate.
I hear all sorts of voices, but none i can relate
I seem to grow in desperation
Of the one to hear my cries
 I tend to lose concentration
That’s why tears fill my eyes.
Bold enough to plant a seed
I find you grow like an extinct breed
With features of just what i need
I hope you'll be my friend indeed.

You help me choose the right from wrong
Ignore my flaws you know am young.
I remember life as a personal test
You make me feel like am the best
Am like a book you love to read
When am with you i smell no greed
stand by me when am in need
Am glad i found a friend indeed.
