ABUJA FACTS: Abuja National Mosque

The ABUJA National Mosque is among the Top 50 Most Beautiful Religious centres in the world, according to Hongkiat Survey. Built in the 1980s and situated on Independence Avenue across from the National Christian Centre with its golden dome glistering in the sun, the national mosque is the most impressive sight in Abuja.
